What is the limited warranty?
Evita Slimsonic warrants to the original purchaser that Evita Slimsonic System is free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Evita Slimsonic System is analyzed and evaluated, and it is at our discretion whether to repair or replace the product, without charge for parts and labor. All other expenses are to be paid by the purchaser. The warranty period is not extended for any period during which the Evita Slimsonic System (or any parts thereof) is in repair or if your Evita Slimsonic System is replaced during the warranty period. Warranty is void if original packaging is missing.
What is covered by the limited warranty?

What happens in the unfortunate event that Evita Slimsonic malfunctions?
Within the year of purchase, if the product stops working and is covered by the warranty, contact Evita Slimsonic Customer Care for assistance. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit. Please make sure the Evita Slimsonic System is returned in a sturdy package (such as in a padded box), with its original packaging. If indeed malfunctioning due to defect covered by the warranty, we will decide whether to repair or replace your Evita Slimsonic System. If we find that your Evita Slimsonic System is working fine, we will notify you and arrange for it to be returned to you. All shipping and handling charges will be billed to you.
