Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via Expresspost International (DHL/UPS) and Standard Airmail. If you chose Expresspost International there will be signature on delivery for destination countries that have an agreement with our postal service. Delivery times are 3-7 business days. Standard Airmail delivery times are 12-20 business days, not including weekends and holidays.
After I make payment for the goods, how long will it take for the goods to be shipped?
Most orders will process and ship from our warehouse within 2 – 5 business days of payment confirmation subject to payment card authorization, customs clearing and stock availability. An order confirmation email containing your order details will be sent. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details.

We undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Goods are delivered on time, but we shall not be liable for any loss arising from any delay in delivery. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel the order.
What is the warranty on Evita Slimsonic System?
Each Evita Slimsonic comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty. The product will be inspected for defects covered by the warranty and manufacturer reserves the right to either repair or replace any defective Evita Slimsonic System.
